This fun class will include a brief Paddleboard 101 session on land ; then we will paddle to a beautiful spot on the lake for an anchored, beginner-friendly paddleboard yoga flow! All equipment including premium wide-deck paddleboard, your paddle, pfd belt (life preserver designed for SUP) and an anchor are included in this experience!
