Daily Retreat Schedule:
Sunday: Opening Dinner 6 pm
Monday-Friday: Breakfast + 1.5 hr Morning Movement classes (Full-Body Stretch & fun circuit sessions)
Lunch: Noon + Free Time (Local organizations offer day tours to Tulum Mayan Ruins, cenote excursions, massage sessions, astrology readings, snorkeling / diving tours in 2nd greatest coral reef in the world)
4:30: Yoga/ Guided Meditation
Dinner: 7 pm (4 evenings)

Meet your hosts!
Molly Lunde, RYT, is a long-time yoga student, practitioner & teacher, with over 20 years of teaching experience. She enjoys finding a sweet balance between a rigorous, restorative practice & has a joyful, encouraging approach to teaching. Her continued interest into neuropsychology, functional mobility & strength training have added more dimension to her Vinyasa and Restorative styles. Her classes are known to be both challenging and nurturing, leaving students feeling empowered, confident, energized and renewed.
Jaimie Wilke, LMT, CPT, SYT is a lifelong dancer & exercise enthusiast. She's a choreographer, trainer, reiki & ashiatsu practitioner & paddleboard yoga instructor. She loves authentic people, hiking & bodies of water. She is studying nature immersion & breathwork as healing practices & is completing her Wellness Counselor certificate at Cornell University. She loves facilitating fun movement, & the mission behind her work is to empower others to feel strong, happy & connected. She first came to Casa Om in 2012 as an invited bodyworker & has returned many times after recognizing it is a rare gem with its clear water beaches, accessible coral reef, global food, walkability, refreshing cenotes & warm culture.
