A mini paddleboard basics course + fun paddle to our location! We will anchor down in a beautiful spot and experience a vinyasa yoga flow including a guided savasana surrounded by fresh air & nature. Cold water immersion option! All equipment included in cost. Bring a bottle of water, towel or dry bag for your phone if you choose! Blue herons & turtles are often seen during this excursion! We take photos and send to you!
