A mini paddleboard basics course plus fun paddle to location! We will anchor down in a beautiful spot and experience a vinyasa yoga flow and brief meditation immersed in fresh air & nature. All equipment included in cost. Bring a bottle of water, towel or dry bag for your phone if you choose!
